It was time again today for the company-wide Mutual Assessment and Realisation System, which was not at all easier or more meaningful than the first time around. But at least I discovered a fringe benefit of keeping a blog: Having misplaced the English language translations for the twenty categories we have to rank our co-workers in, I was able to reconstruct them (accurately enough I hope) from last year's blog entry.

Oh, and I can offer no excuse or explanation for how I spelled creativity back then.
